Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County is a nonprofit organization improving birth outcomes through the compassionate and equitable delivery of early prenatal care, education, and support for all pregnant women across our communities.

Our goal is to see all pregnant women receive early prenatal care, education, and support to improve healthy birth outcomes and end disparities.

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Programs

    Basics4Babies

    An emergency pantry, which for 30 years focused on providing free diapers, wipes and basic baby needs to families residing in Palm Beach County who demonstrate need.

    Breastfeeding Support

    The Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies breastfeeding support program offers guidance to families by providing complimentary and convenient education.

    Centering Pregnancy®

    As the only provider of CenteringPregnancy® in Palm Beach County since 2008, the program focuses on three major components of prenatal care: health assessment, education and social support.

    Doula Support for Black American Women

    A community-based individual who provides continuous psychosocial, emotional and educational support to a mother during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.

    Free Classes

    Attend one or attend them all! Our organization provides classes on childbirth, breastfeeding, infant/child CPR, newborn care and healthy eating. All workshops are free, but registration is required.

    Support Groups

    We provide a trusting atmosphere for mothers and their support partners to gain a better understanding of their emotions and focus on the mental health of themselves and their babies.

    Prenatal Care

    Through prenatal screening, assessment and linkage to services, we support pregnant women in need of prenatal care, health care navigation, medical payment source and other intensive social service needs to improve birth outcomes.

    Teen Mom Mentoring

    Mentors for this program are mothers themselves who have experience in the workforce and can provide support and guidance to pregnant or parenting teens who are navigating motherhood and adolescence.
